Designing an Experience

We received our stationery order from Poppin today and we had such a fun time unpacking the contents that we had to share it with you. From the box with it's shipping label clip board, to the packing bubbles, to each individual product box - everything was cleverly designed with witty messaging. These are affordable, and rather ordinary products, that feel special because all those little opportunities in packaging were recognized and designed.

Does your company take advantage of every design opportunity? Consider the entirety of your customer's experience, from that initial point of contact to post purchase follow ups - quotes, invoices, e-mails - why not make these items unmistakably you and interesting to your customer? We can help. We work with you to identify those missed opportunities and solve them with clever, consise communications that turn your customer's experience into a memorable one.
